Update June of 2009 - The homeowners in Vistancia ROCK! APS is going to use a different route. One that will not affect people's home values in the Vistancia neighborhoods.
The residents of Trilogy & Vistancia are protesting APS's proposed location for new high tension power
lines. Can't say I blame them. I can't stand having to drive under and around them just to get up to this beautiful community. Once you get up the hill you can't see them but the drive up is not pretty.
The proposed route for the new power lines could make things worse. Will they win the war? Who knows. My experience has been that the voices of the few seldom have a chance against progress for many. Click HERE to see the article.
