Sun City Grand La Solana condos for sale
Yes... there ARE condos for sale in Sun City Grand. And boy have the prices tumbled in the last 5 years... more so than the single family homes for sale in Sun City Grand. In a tough real estate market condominium sales seem to suffer more than single family home sales and this has been true in this Del Webb retirement community as well.
Single family home sales in Sun City Grandhave remained pretty healthy through this tough market but as the prices have come down, people who might normally have considered a La Solana condo are now looking at the Vacation villas or other small Sun City Grand floor plans.
Whatever the case, there are some smokin' deals in La Solana for someone who wants a very low maintenance place in Sun City Grand.
The association fees vary somewhat from unit to unit but are in the neighborhood of $300 per month. This includes the annual Sun City Grand HOA fee that allows you access to all the amenities Sun City Grand has to offer. You don't need to go to Adobe or Cimarron though to find a pool. La Solana has its own along with a clubhouse.
Is La Solana for everyone?... No. For someone who wants more than a single carport, this won't work. It also won't work for anyone looking for more than 1025 s.f.. If this is something you are considering, just give me a call and I will show you around. Only you can decide if condo living is your cup of tea.

Kathy,
Gorgeous photos.. makes me want to come to Arizona.
I don't think condo living would be my cup of tea at this time in my life, but you know what.. it just might be the perfect brew a little later.
Thanks for a well written post on your area's offerings.
Judi - It's not my cup of tea either but they do serve some buyers well. I just showed several to another client on Saturday that are sooo affordable.
