I just made it easier to find foreclosures in Sun City West, AZ. Little by little I have been adding to my website and this morning I created a separate search category to pull up the foreclosure listings (and short sales) in Sun City West.
A couple of weeks ago I had added Sun City West's Corte Bella foreclosures, along with foreclosures in Sun City Grand & Sun City Festival.
While this is an unfortunate sign of the times in our recent market, it provides an outstanding opportunity for buyers to pick up their retirement/vacation getaway home at a great price.
You have to be ready to jump on the nice ones when they come on the market though. We are experiencing multiple offers, and in some cases bidding wars, on the really great deals.

Dominic - Thank you for your feedback. These websites are (or should be) a work in progress. We haven't had a great number of foreclosures in many of the Arizona retirement communities but little by little the numbers are starting to creep up and the consumer ALWAYS want the best deal they can get. I probably should have added these catagories earlier in the year but better late than never!
