Foreclosures in Arizona Traditions Surprise Arizona for 2009
There were seven Arizona Traditions foreclosures that sold this year vs. two in 2008. As of this writing there are no foreclosures listed in the MLS but if you click on the link above it will take you to a page on my website that will show current foreclosure listings in Arizona Traditions.
Out of 42 resale homes sold in Arizona Traditions in 2009, this equates to about 16.7%... higher than many of the other Phoenix retirement communities but still significantly less than the non-age restricted communities in Surprise Arizona where 60.7% of the homes sold were foreclosures, or the city of Phoenix where 65.9% of the homes sold this last year were foreclosures.
