Last summer I first wrote about a dance class in Sun City West I had heard of called Dance for the Health of It. At the time there were just a couple of classes being conducted in Sun City West and a few in some of the surrounding areas.
On Saturday I was bowling in Sun City West and one of my husbands customers mentioned she has been taking this dance class and having a lot of fun while getting fit and learning how to dance. Apparently she isn't the only one because, due to the popularity, there are many more classes being offered now, both on the west side and the east side.
What an excellent way to stay active, AND have fun, during our hot summer months. Be sure to check it out!
