While the previous sales are interesting and good to follow it is important to remember there are many variables that come into play. In other words... one cannot expect to get a highly upgraded home for sale in Sun City Grand (in a central or premium location) for the price of a similar Sun City Grand model home plan that backs up to the loop-303.
Many times buyer's do not look beyond the printed reports we Realtors® provide to get a true picture of value. Still it is good information to have and just one piece of the puzzle.
