Search for Sun City Grand Valencia resales homes for sale.
For buyers looking for a home in the range of 1900 to 2000 square feet with an open, airy feel, it's hard to beat the Sun City Grand Valencia model or the slightly older version, the Sun City Grand Cholla. What I find interesting about this plan is that it can feel like a completely different home depending on the orientation and interior appointments. I have walked into some that I didn't like at all and then others that I absolutely loved. Sometimes the only difference is whether the bedrooms are to the left or to the right. I thought this was just an oddity of mine until I talked to another realtoir that said he and one of his clients had experienced the same phenomenon. Interesting...
What does that mean to potential buyers? Don't discount these models after seeing just one. Check out several. Also, if the Valencia or Cholla's are just out of your price range there are two smaller versions to choose from in Sun City Grand, the Desert Rose and the Verde.
This layout was so popular they built the same plan as the Corte Bella San Ysidro and the Sun City Festival Jamboree. There are slight differences between all of the models but the layout is basically the same across the board. Take a look at the Valencia plan below.

Please keep in mind, the information found in this search is only as good as the information the individual listing agents have put into our Arizona Regional MLS listings. (Pay attention sellers!) Out of area agents, including many of those listing Sun City Grand foreclosures and Sun City Grand short sales, leave out search critieria that make it easy to find the listings you are looking for. If you are close to making a buying decision you might want me to do a manual search to make sure you aren't missing any "hidden" gems.
