Sun City Grand Real Estate Resales - November & December 2009
Sun City Grand home sales pretty much equaled what we did last year in terms of the number of sales. The average sales price is down however due to the poor sales earlier in the year of the luxury/golf course market.
Overall though the increase in sales that we had in the 4th Quarter of 2009 would indicate we should have brisk sales as the winter visitors start rolling into town en masse.
