Wow!  What a Year for Real Estate in the Arizona Retirement Communities


Well, it was another banner year for me selling Sun City Grand real estate.  Of course it wasn't just Sun City Grand.  I had sales in Trilogy, Corte Bella, Sun City West, Sun City Festival, Sun City & Arizona Traditions too.

This morning I was checking out my website traffic stats and decided to see just how many visitors I had had to my website last year.  The number blew me away.  I had 39,514 visits to my website with 293,980 webpages browsed.

I have no idea how this compares to other Sun City Grand realtors or brokers but I think it is amazing.

Obviously I didn't have 39,000 people call me to help them find a home (the vast majority of the visits were from return visitors), but I was able to meet and help plenty of wonderful clients find or sell their Arizona homes.

Sun City Grand Real Estate Resales - November & December 2009

Sun City Grand home sales pretty much equaled what we did last year in terms of the number of sales.  The average sales price is down however due to the poor sales earlier in the year of the luxury/golf course market. 

Overall though the increase in sales that we had in the 4th Quarter of 2009 would indicate we should have brisk sales as the winter visitors start rolling into town en masse.
