Top Resale Realtor in Sun City Festival
Yep, it's official... at least for the time being. This last year I started receiving a number of congratulatory phone calls from other brokers (as well as people trying to sell me something) commenting on my being the top selling Realtor in Sun City Festival.
After the second or third call I had to see exactly where I stood. To date, since January of 2010 I have had 30 sales. 14 Buyer side sales and 16 Sun City Festival sold listings. The next closest Realtor had 20 "sides" during the same time period. Several of the Realtors in my Ken Meade Realty office have started calling me the Sun City Festival queen.
I don't expect to stay on top for long though. There are other agents who have taken notice and want a piece of the action and the real estate market is the most competitive field I have ever worked in. I can feel them breathing down my neck :)
For now I will continue to provide Sun City Festival Buyer's with the best information I can on my website and provide my Seller's with superior marketing tools to help them get their properties sold as quickly as possible. Sun City Festival is probably one of the friendliest Arizona active retirement communities you will
find and the Del Webb Sun City amenities are hard to beat.
